Yeah, but...If you move to practicals and essays, you get the fox guarding the henhouse scenario. It would be easy to put pressure on Atlanta teachers to give full credit for a crappy essay -- a whole lot easier (I'd assume and hope) than it was to get them to actually erase answer sheets and fill in correct answers. |
