Several of my fellow commentators in the media thios morning have mentioned that they thought the outcome would have been different were Anthony not a "white, sympathetic" defendant. I'm not the only one who caught this, given the abundance of foremsic evidence against Anthony.Who the defendant is can, and does, sometimes influence the verdict. |
