Unlike gay marriage, abortion is not a sideshow for someone who truly believes that a pre-viability fetus is a person.The protection of innocents for harm and death is the core element of all civilized societies and the dignity and self-determination of the individual would become impossible if not premised upon that very collective moral foundation. The sideshow comes from the phony and disgusting Republican politicians who could care less about the feti and the sanctity of human life but take advantage of well-meaning but gullible individuals in return for votes. |
