Delta has, what, about enough profit to buy a few days worth of fuel and they're going to spend it on waging a Supreme Court case so that they can file a lawsuit against some journalists.So after millions of dollars in attorney's fees and probably a few years of making their way through the courts, suppose they actually win. What are the monetary damages that they can collect? |
