I'm not sure how you quantify "worst" since it's so highly subjective. Even something like our national deficit isn't universally seen as a bad thing.What seems much easier to quanitfy-- since all you have to do is some hard-core bean counting-- is that he IS extremely disliked. Most of this country dislikes him-- and, of course, most of the rest of the world. Bush knows how unpopular and disliked he is-- noting in Argentina that it's "very hard" to organize and run international meetings, especially when "someone like me" is in attendance. |
