Oh wait ... their benefits DON'T run out.Actually they do run out, but yes, they still count them. One of the first things you do when you turn 16 if unemployed is to register with the unemployment office. It starts counting from there even though you are not collecting benefits. It's why you see those crazy numbers on youth unemployment in Europe even when its HS or college kids with no real intention of getting a full time job. |
