Which means that blacks are more likely to have an out of wedlock pregnancy which explains why they represent a higher percentage of abortions in this country.Knowing this, government figures it's best to make abortion easily available in minority communities or the problem will be far worse. EASY is probably right. Planned Parenthood is strategically placed in minority communities. |
