It's totally another thing when the means to avoid injury is available and NOT implemented. Fitted sheets have been around for a very long time. Long handled brushes have been around for a very long time. The cost differentials are negligible.There is NO reason on earth why these changes haven't been implemented (fitted sheets cost the same as flat, for example) in "industrial" settings such as hotels long ago, eliminating the need for a law. The argument against these changes is specious. |
