What the hell is physically abusive about the maid having to tuck the sheet between the mattress?I would not say that it's "abusive", but it's back breaking physical labor. Lifting those heavy mattresses and getting a firm tight tuck on the corners and sides is not easy. They want guests to be able to bounce a coin off the bed. Seriously, it's hard work although I don't support government getting involved in this. I guess this is a way to repay the Latino voters and all those who came out to support "Nicky the maid" against Meg Whitman. (Is Nicky the maid still in this country?) |
