I believe that President Bush did what he honestly thought was best. I don't think he always had the best advice, Iraq seemed a bit half-thought-through, and there were times when one wonders what someone blessed with more creativity or flexibility could have done; but in the end, I can't dislike him. And as I've said before, I would far rather attend a barbecue hosted by President Bush than one hosted by Al Gore. |
