The Tomahawks that were "lobbed" based on some pretty decent intelligence. OBL had been at the location a scant 20 minutes prior. Drones with the capability to follow him and then strike hadn't been refined then, we did the best we could with the technology we had. Nobody can fault President Clinton for doing what he did as he did. It was no accident, real or implied. |
