Nope. Technically this act violates both US and international law. It's something that will be ignored today, but would be pimped hard had this happened when Bush was still in office. Few lefties want to admit that Obama may have committed the same kind of "war crime" they wanted to see Bush charged with.

For the record, I don't give a fuck about the law here.
