If reports are true that bin Laden was killed a week ago, then I wonder if this info was withheld until after the stupid Royal Wedding.Can you imagine if news that we had killed bin Laden broke last week, just days before the wedding? It would have bumped the Wedding from the headlines and caused serious national security issues for our ally England. The Wedding was faced with threats of violent protests, until just days before, when protest organizers agreed to call off their protests. I don't know if they would have done so knowing that bin Laden was killed. |
