They've gotten a LOT worse. When you call for line troubles, they keep asking you to repeat yourself because they can't hear you and then you get disconnected. You call back, get the same person again and they're telling you how shitty your line sounds. Then they tell you that there's no problem and if a truck has to come out, you'd better have a pot of gold waiting for them if they don't find a problem. And they don't find a problem at all but still can't hear you.TimeWeenie wants $13,000 to come up here from the nearest road and the neighbors say they aren't any better than Verizoff out here. :( |
