I would imagine that if you gave out more and more condoms to teens, that they would be far more likely to engage in intercourse.If your goal is solely to limit intercourse, because it's some evil thing, then yes, you shouldn't give out condoms. However I would much rather more teenagers have intercourse if it means fewer of them get pregnant or a venereal disease.* From there, the next step is to go natural, either because the condom is uncomfortable, or one partner wants to try it that way. Perfectly fine if the girl goes on the pill and they're not promiscuous. *Yeah, I like that term better. |
