Actually, the problem is that Bush trashed the dollar, it started coming back once Obama stabilized the economy long enough for the republicans to sneak back in and then threaten to default on the national debt. As a result, the dollar is worthless. Oil prices didn't move, the dollar did and it's all because the tax-cut-giveaway morons are back in a position to trash America again. |
