Those 38% are seriously out of touch with the facts, as established--several times--by the legal documentation provided by President Obama, the White House, and the state of Hawaii. Those who believe Obama was not born in the US can labor under that delusion, but they are deluding themselves.

Yes, perpetuating these myths about Obama's birth, or education, or eligibility to serve as President, (as Donald Trump continues to do) ARE thinly disguised racist tactics.
