The State Department accepted the document as genuine. they would have accepted other documents....And? The requirements for getting a passport are different than for becoming president. In fact, the citizenship required is quite different for one. Passport requirements are utterly irrelevant, and the fact that the State Dept issued a passport to him is irrelevant. |
