BTW, no President, not even Richard Milhous Nixon, ever had his birth records or academic records called into question in the national media.Chester A. Arthur was alleged to have been born in Canada. You can probably find more examples if you go back far enough and loosely define "national media." There have also been several Presidential candidate whose eligibility has come into question; John McCain and George Romney immediately come to mind. |
