It's inside a converted warehouse in an unincorporated area called Rosewood, although the church prefers to identify it as being in the slightly more upscale Gardena. Despite being in a converted warehouse it's pretty nice inside. It's a megachurch, but with a focus on ministering to the so-called "inner city". In addition to regular black folk, they have former gang bangers, former prostitutes, ex-cons, etc.The service lasted a little over 2 hours with about half being the choir singing. The "scene" was all of the women that were there. ;) |
