Thug life is fading and replaced by skinny pants and Vans. ;)I don't know about Tampa, LI, or the Poconos or even the outer suburbs of LA, but the gang/thug culture around me and in South LA/Compton is considerably less than 10 years ago. Not that there aren't plenty of thugs and gang bangers, but they are the exception, not the norm. |
