I'd like to know where you see middle class blacks not imitating the thug life. Where have blacks really established a solid middle class environment where they have left the ghetto mentality and lifestyle behind?What planet do you live on? Maybe 10% of the people who work at my company on my floor are black. None of them sound like ghetto thugs. When they are talking among themselves and don't know that anyone else is within earshot, they may talk with a bit more of an accent than otherwise. But nothing they ever say could be called "imitating the thug life". These are not all highly paid people either. I'm including maintenance workers. |
