With the exception of Hispanics, the drop in SAT scores for NC and the US was 3 points or less (and the Hispanic drop is likely due to the arrival of new immigrants). Taken in isolation it is barely a cause for alarm. And if it is part of a larger downward trend, well, it may just be evidence that breeding lately has been dysgenic... |
