It is still first degree murder, and clearly the work of evil psychopathic minds.I don't see where psychosis fits in. The fact that they didn't know what to do with the body and needed one of the culprit's father to dispose of it proves that there was no premeditation. Right after they did it they probably went "oh shit!". |
