Start with those who received the most in taxcuts over the past 10ish years, then go down to income scale. Everyone should pay more, how much should depend on their income. When the economy improves (and it will if they add some incentives for ROI on domestic investment) and we reach or near surplus. DO NOT CUT TAXES AGAIN.Anybody gonna learn? This isn't anything abstract or old, yunno. It wasn't that long since this intelligent, proven economic policy was successfully enacted. |
