They are self funding through dedicated sources that are mostly in balance.That may be true in a narrow accounting sense. But how does that solve the problem of more retired people making claims on these entitlements and fewer people making contributions? The balance must come from somewhere, and if nothing is done it will continue to be added to the national debt. |
