As for saying no one knows the cause that is, well, them being politically correct, for as you see in the paper, there is abundant evidence pointing to a considerable genetic component.

There are too many disputable factors in that statement for it to be true, at least according to the "Race and intelligence" and "Arthur Jensen" Wikipedia articles, which states that Arthur Jensen's funding sources are questionable, although I haven't read into why they're questionable yet.
