So when some crazy serial killer cuts off people arms, and throws them in a back alley, that isn't a HUMAN arm lying there when someone finds it? Yes, it will stop functioning when it's disconnected from the body it was attached to, but that doesn't make it any less a human arm.It is a human arm, but the person cutting off the arm wouldn't be charged with murder. |
