Interesting thing about Phoenix (and Tucson) is that there are nearby Indian reservations that sell "tax free" cigarettes. A pack off reservation averages about $6.50 - $7.00. A pack on reservation (and there is a reservation in the center of the Phoenix metro area) averages about $5.00 - $5.50. |
