Yep, you and Easy make a very good point about the models being used in certain areas that may reflect the "dominant" race in the neighborhood so that people can identify with someone that "looks like them."It's not really the case in SoHo, though...Defenders Online points this out . They do point out that a similar billboard campaign has been in place in primarily black areas in the South. Wow, reading further into the article, it makes some eyebrow raising points too. |
