Most countries aren't hamstrung by the PR America constantly tries to reinforce. If China, Britian, France, Tanazania, or whoever does something in their own best interest, they're not afriad to call it looking out for number 1. America cares about looking out for number one, it's just that our jingoism forces us to reassure ourselves we are "Morally Right" and have "Divine Provence". |
