Yes, Target is often cheaper than WalMart. I also like Target's quality better.
But then there are some things that are cheaper at WalMart.
Target is a better shopping experience too, WalMart's almost always look like a bomb went off in the store. You rarely see that at Target. The clientele is also better at Target.
