Our HSA will now have two different plans with two different deductibles. If I choose the plan most similar to the one that I have now ($2,400 deductible versus $2,500 now) my premium increases $1,200 per year! Plus my employer only matches my extra up to $1,000 versus $1,200 currently. Total difference of $1,400 per year!If I choose the $5,000 deductible then my costs go up by only $25 per month and my employer matches up to $1,400 but then I have a huge deductible. |
