Contact the commissioner of jurors IN ADVANCE of the date and explain your situation. You should be able to arrange for another reschedule since you're not a resident. Failure to do so will result in a bench warrant for your arrest that will be waiting for you the moment you step back inside the borders and get spotted by a cop and called in. DO work it out before it's too late. You HAVE an excuse. |
