He is saying that people that "have the nerve" to comment on the gay parade, or criticize some of the practices in it means they are "intolerant, hateful, or wrong". But since when is it not allowed to comment on something?
I don't hate gays, and think they have every right to have their parade, and do it however they want. But why is it wrong for people to be able to criticize or comment on the parade? Why does it mean that they are "hateful" if they mention a FACT that much of the parade is half naked, and why is it "bigoted" to say that some people may not want to bring their children to the event.
It seems that it's "okay" for gays to do whatever they want, but it's not okay for anyone else to criticize or comment on the event.

It's not "hateful" or "intolerant" to mention that half the people are half naked.
