It isn't, but just like any event, there is a gay section of Bourbon St too, at the extreme upper end of it. The difference is, they are all walking around half naked there. While there is some quick flashing on the normal end of Bourbon St (at night) by a few women for a few block stretch, no one is walking around half naked, and it's only random women that do that.Every gay event seems to have to have more than half the participants walking around without shirts and in short shorts or half naked.
