BTW, what I posted was not "right-wing shit", but an actual quote from Cone's book. Is James Cone about "right-wing shit" or far-left-wing shit? The latter, is what it seems to me, and the stinkiest.

The next sentence after the one I posted here is this:
The task of black theology is to kill gods that do not belong to the black community.
He also wrote this:
Either God is identified with the oppressed to the point that their experience becomes his, or he is a God of racism . . .

Black theology refuses to accept a God that is not identified totally with the goals of the black community . . .
