No. A Japanese Heritage Museum near Pearl Harbor wouldn't automatically be a hate museum either. And none of the Japanese living today are responsible for Pearl Harbor, yet that would be a sensitivity issue too. It would be just as insensitive if we built a "American Museum" in the middle of Nagasaki too. In fact, it took until this year, 60 years later for a United States representative to even be present at the memorial services in Japan for the bombs.
