Interesting draw of a contusion ... smells to me like they're doing an "industry report" as part of the requirement that they monitor those industries and are asking for information to determine whether or not regulation of the industry as a whole is working out as planned. It's sorta like receiving a long form census for statistical purposes ... how does this turn into government intrusion? Would you rather pay for on-site inspectors? |
