It could also be reasoned that he prolonged the depression with massive spending than to let the economy rebound on its own. But on that list I would say maybe he'd be about 8th or 9th.No. What prolonged the depression was in 1936 they cut back the New Deal somewhat to placate Republicans, which caused a loss of the gains of the previous four years.
