I dunno about FDR as number 2 on that list. It could also be reasoned that he prolonged the depression with massive spending than to let the economy rebound on its own. But on that list I would say maybe he'd be about 8th or 9th.Personally I liked Teddy more and think he should be at least 3rd if not 2nd. Truman, well he was at the right place and time. Hard to tell if any other president would've gone ahead with the move to bomb Japan twice [which saved upwards to about 500 thousand US lives that could've been lost trying to invade Japan]. |
