A81, I happen to think the Muslims can build a Mosque anywhere they want, but I also believe that in the name of calm and peace they might considere building it a little further away from a place where raw nerves are exposed every time someone thinks of 9-11. Building it near the site of the slaughter is like waving a red flag in front of a bull, but at the same time this Muslim bashing might be going a little too damn far. If there are Muslims who mean us harm they should be exposed and if possible get their asses run out of the country, but we can't paint with a one stroke brush.We all know Muslims and the one I know do not want to see me on a slab. That's where bigotry rears its ugly head. You judge people one at a time, never as a group. It seems to much easier that way; I wonder why more don't try it. |
