Most people are not elderly and handicapped. Many NY gas stations have one full serve island. In addition, there is IINM a law requiring full serve for the disabled even in an otherwise all self-serve station.Regardless, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one. Those who can't pump their own gas can seek out a station with a full serve island. |
