Enright's actions do not jibe with his background, and speak louder than his past does. I'm perfectly fine with my fact-checking: Enright was arrested running from the scene of the stabbing, admitted to the police that he asked the cabbie whether he was a Muslim, and stabbed said cabbie after the driver answered in the affirmative. Whether he was a "liberal" in the past, is immaterial in light of his alleged actions in the present.A "pro-muslim" would be a highly unlikely candidate for this level of hate crime, don't you think? |
