The second tower was targeted just like the first one. They didn't make distinctions of when either plane would hit, or which plane would get there first. The firts plane could have been delayed, and came after the 2nd plane instead. Each plane was set out to hit a tower, and WHOEVER was in it. They weren't planning "Oh let's get the EMS guys". "Bonus" to them if they did, but the second plane could have been first, and the second plane first, or both within minutes. Their mission was to hit each tower. |
