I tend to drink lagers and pilzens in the summer, weisse and octoberfest in the fall and ales in winter. The ale/lager bit I have kinda backwards from what is expected to be normal since you can only homebrew lagers when you can keep the basement at 50 or below, and ales do best in warmer temps. The really dark beers tend to be a bit too heavy to have 2 or 3 of, so those usually only come out here when we have company. |
