This is the country that think of "Olive Garden" as fine Italian dining.I don't think people think of Olive Garden as "fine dining" any more than they would think of TGI Fridays or Chilis as "fine dining". Some people are looking for those fast food type of dining experiences, and there is nothing wrong with that. They have no shortage filling up their doors. But most good "real" restaurants are packed out too. Regardless of the stereotype you are trying to portray of "Americans", they have more sense than you give them credit for. |
