I believe that qualified race and gender and unqualified "legacy admissions" should be dropped as criteria for affirmative action in college.The criteria should be "first generation to go to college". Once made into law, institutions that continue with race, gender and "rich daddies" as part of their admission criteria would lose access to all federal funding and aid programs. Diability and veteran based affirmative action would remain. |
