The Muslims involved killed in the NAME of their religion, NOT because they did the act and "they happened to be Muslim". They did it in the NAME of Islam, and BECAUSE they were Muslim.Mc Veigh on the other hand, "just happened to be Christian", but did HIS act because he wanted to seek revenge against the government because of Waco, and also as a revolt against what he felt was a tyrannical govt. He did NOT do it because of "Religion", Christian or otherwise. The KKK may happen to be "Christians", but it's the same thing as McVeigh...they didn't do their horrors "Because of religion", but instead because of their bigotry. There's a huge difference between in the name of religion, as in the case with those fanatical muslims, and those who "happen to be of a religion" and do some heanus act. The 911 terrorists didn't perform an act and just "happen to be Muslims", they did it BECAUSE they were Muslims, fanatical ones. Nice try though. |
