That's an ad for "Murphys Stout". The bar could be any one of a number of yuppie, sanitized, overpriced, seen one seen em all clone bars presently infesting Manhattan/Queens and some areas of Brooklyn. A true Irish bar it is not. We won't tolerate them in The Bronx, the borough PROUD of the fact that Starbucks on Fordham Road was a miserable failure and closed down about a month after it opened. A true Irish bar it is not. |
